Fifteen years later, as the father of two children and husband of his business partner, Erik has never felt more like himself.
We stopped by their store, Runaround Fitness & Lifestyle, to get Erik’s advice on starting an active lifestyle. It turns out that the turnaround that would eventually create Runaround took more than a day. Erik says that “being active” doesn’t require tackling marathon after marathon. It’s defined as whatever makes you feel good.
