NEW DELHI: Byju’s, a school learning app and ed-tech company, has appointed Abhishek Maheshwari president of international business.
Maheshwari will help the company strategize, build, and lead the global expansion of Byju’s brand. His focus will be creating and leading business and functional teams across key markets.
As the country head of Disney India, Maheshwari was responsible for driving all of Disney’s brands, businesses, and corporate functions in India, shared the company in a release. Before Disney, he worked with Kubera and McKinsey in their US and India offices. He has a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Columbia Business School
