Whether you’re hitting the health club or pounding the pavement, there’s no scarcity of reasons why exercising is a superb idea. But now, men can upload one more to the list.
New research indicates that doing this will enhance the metabolic fitness of their future youngsters. Scientists at the Ohio State University and Joslin Diabetes Center say there is mounting proof that dad’s exercise earlier than thought performs a function in a baby’s body weight and glucose tolerance.
