On Thursday, city-based Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (SIDCL) launched phase III of their lifestyle condominium at Krishnagar Sentrum, West Bengal.
“The residential tower comprises premium 2-bhk and 3-bhk apartments with large living and dining space, kitchen, and an attached balcony. Little thoughtful touches, such as extra space for drying clothes, add to the unexpected pleasures. The apartment blocks have surrounding gardens with ample parking. Phase III of the residential condominium will have 78 apartments. The size of the 2-bhk and 3-bhk flats will vary from 919 sq. ft. to 1186 sq.ft., the company release stated. The commercial complex is at the heart of the Krishnagar Sentrum, with banks, ATMs, automobile showrooms, healthcare facilities, diagnostic centers, hospitality, and educational facilities. Reputed brands like Big Bazaar, Pantaloons, Khadims, Capital Electronics, Hoffman, and many more are already operational in the retail zone. The area also has SVF Cinemas and a full-fledged food court. SIDCL has always identified tier II cities and created townships like Shristinagar Asansol and Shristinagar Guwahati.
