Amid West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s call to celebrate people for returning “cut money” to the people, a complaint redressal cell started through the government has received over 1,2 hundred proceedings in 12 days, The Economic Times has pronounced.
The redressal cell commenced after Banerjee completed the first administrative evaluation assembly and submitted elections.
According to the record, the cell’s goal is to screen the implementation of government welfare schemes and deal with the grievances confronted by common human beings.
The report states that the numerous grievances acquired, there had been court cases against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders for spreading communal hatred in positive districts as well as the ones towards the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) for extortion of cash to offer state blessings, including the antique age pension.
Officials from the monitoring cell, reportedly installed inside the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), advised the newspaper that over 1/2 a dozen nearby leaders had been arrested based on the court cases the cell has received towards them.
“We have arrested former Panchayat member of TMC in Malda for taking cut money from human beings, and we also arrested three contributors of gram panchayat run by the BJP in Murshidabad,” a senior authorities reliable told the newspaper.
