ANGI Homeservices Appoints Shannon Shaw As Chief Legal Officer.

Today’s news marks a return for Ms. Shaw, who previously served as Angie’s List’s Chief Legal Officer, having joined the company during its initial IPO and was also instrumental in ensuring a successful transaction for the sale of Angie’s List to IAC. Ms. Shaw will report to ANGI HomeServices Chief Executive Officer Brandon Ridenour.

Ms. Shaw brings more than 15 years of legal, human resources, and corporate experience to ANGI HomeServices. Most recently, Ms. Shaw served as Chief Counsel, Americas for dormakaba Inc., overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, Mexico, and South America. She holds a JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and completed a dual Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science.
